The Consultation Process

At Oakes Education we always tailor our services to the unique needs and priorities of the family we are working with, providing a bespoke service for each new client. As such, there is no template format for our process; we adapt our expertise to clients’ individual needs on a case-by-case basis. However, the steps below provide a good example of what the early stages of our consultation might look like.

1. Initial Discussion

The first stage of the Oakes Education process for all our clients is a half-hour video meeting with our Director, free of charge. This will allow us to get a sense of your priorities, needs, and the aspirations you have for your child.

2. Bespoke Proposal

Following your free half-hour consultation, we will send you a bespoke proposal containing a selection of service options we offer to address your family’s individual tapestry of needs. From this proposal you will be able to select any services you wish to take up with Oakes Education.

3. Into Action!

As soon as we have agreed your bespoke selection of services, we will immediately set the proposal in motion, keeping in constant contact with you until we have successfully achieved your aims.
